I would like to introduce Hope in Today Ministries and myself to you. 

I am Karen Rowe, Director of Hope in Today Ministries.

Welcome to Hope in Today Ministries!

I share as the Lord teaches and enables me to learn, grow, and write of my experiences.

Our situations are not unique, we are!  So, I share my common writings based on personal experiences, that we all face at one time or another and in this life in this broken world ... continually.

I hope you find common inspirations that I find helpful to me in this world.  I share to help you grow in your faith every day.  I believe we all go through times that we need spiritual encouragement from the Lord. I hope you find these posts helpful to you.

A country girl at heart, I love my family and have been blessed to know the love of God in my family for my entire life.  

I am not about the fake things of this world.

Stubborn that I am in the natural, I have learned not only how to supernaturally overcome pride, but that I can!  That self-centered pride and a temper that would I would often choose to trade my peace for - I have learned it is better to please God.

Still learning everyday, I read the Bible to learn the things in me that God wants me to change about me!  Often, I share as I learn, because it is easy to share ... the hard part is in the learning; and I care to help others in their struggles that may be similar to mine.  

Knowledge with understanding is empowering!

My husband and I have been happily married for well over twenty-five years now and together, we are raising two children in a world that presents many challenges.

As we face the challenges of this world, God enables us!

As we are capable of being imperfect, so are others; and in an imperfect world, it is our job to be patient and kind to each other.

I have learned that Love is God's way and God's way is blessed! 

I love life, I love to smile, I love to laugh!  I love to enjoy life; and at the same time, I will not purposely sacrifice God's pure heart Jesus is making in me!  There are limits to what we allow ourselves to think, say or do.  Many choices are set before us in this world, and God's way is the only way that is both good and good for me.

I am not saying that I am perfect; I am saying that Jesus is the Perfect One and He is teaching me a better way!  I make mistakes, but God is patient with me.  I learn how to renew my thoughts to choose better ways in this world that we live in.

Some times, life is just plain hard, but I always know that through the dark days, the sun will come up in the morning and in the morning, God will renew and refresh my spirit, and I will experience the realness of the true living God loving me! 

As the Bible recommends and teaches, I ask, seek, knock, and find my life and blessings in the Name of Jesus, who is my ability in all blessings that I choose.  I believe in God and I believe in His Son.  I believe in the Name of Jesus; and I believe Jesus is the Christ the Son of the Living God.  I believe in and experience the Holy Spirit, who lives in me.  And, I believe God's Word is written to me to help me survive in this world through Jesus.  I experience the difference follow God's Spirit makes in my life.

I choose faith and faith always works well for me, because of the power of pleasing God who is with me.

I share to encourage finding Jesus like I have come to KNOW Him! 

If you don't know Jesus as your own personal savior and Lord, just talk to God about believing in His Son and invite Jesus to come into your heart to live.  

Confess your need to be forgiven to God; and trust God when you don't even understand...seek understanding through Jesus and God will enable you to know all you need to know.  God's Word and Spirit will help you to live and survive in this world after the miracle, through Jesus.

I am here to celebrate with you all that God does; and I will love to hear all that God is doing in your life!  

I am also here for you if you have any questions ... maybe just an ear to hear ... ,but also, God gives us a greater understanding when we gather together in the Name of Jesus; and share what God is teaching, because of Jesus who is in the midst.
